At Kotara School staff are given the opportunity to embark on many different professional learning experiences. These experiences are what helps provide not only a quality and content rich learning environment for students but also fosters a sense of teamwork and sharing between colleagues.
We as staff acknowledge we are also learners and that we need to continuously need to explore new ideas to improve our practice in order to cater for and achieve student outcomes. Ongoing professional learning is vital and has become more diverse in the face of the increasing challenges teachers and schools now encounter.
